LNR was established in 2009 with the goal of offering a more personalised recruitment experience to our clients. At the core of our recruitment business is the understanding that to create a successful partnership with our clients, we really need to understand what the business needs are. Over the years we have worked with large businesses with over 400 sites nationally to small family run businesses and everything in between. They all have one thing in common; the business is built on people. Finding the right people isn''t just about finding someone who can do the job, its about finding someone who can do the job and shares the values and vision of that business.
Getting to know the person behind the CV
At LNR we firmly believe that the perfect CV doesn''t exist. Rather than looking for a CV that ''ticks every box'' we look for CV''s that meet the essential criteria and then we do what we do best - speak to people. We find out what motivates them, what their goals are, what their strengths are as well as what their weaknesses are. Only then can we really identify what they as an employee and as a person, will add to a future employer. This process also means we get to know the candidates on a personal level, this allows us to make sure that not only do they match the potential employers core values but that the potential employer also matches theirs.
Managing the process
We understand that some clients will have processes already in place for recruitment where as others may not have anything in place at all. To ensure we are meeting your business needs (whatever they may be) you will have a dedicated account manager who will keep you informed throughout the full recruitment process. Your account manager will come and meet face to face or via teams to take full details of the role you are looking to fill as well as discuss your business and any future plans. Your account manager will then keep you up to date as much or as little (we know you are busy) as you require. It may be that you would like regular updates of where our search is up to or it may be that we just come back to you with a final short list. However that process is managed, we will always agree timeframes in advance to manage both yours and our expectations.
