SubmitRecruitment Consultancy Services
Every client is different and our unique consultancy service allows us to provide a bespoke service tailored to your needs.
The type of recruitment you require will depend on a number of factors. This includes the number of positions you are looking to fill and the timescale in which you want to complete the recruitment. As all clients have different requirements our bespoke service is aimed to evaluate your needs and present you will and honest, proactive method that will meet your requirements.
Based on ‘’no placement no fee’’ contingency recruitment is often used for a low level of recruitment. We will use our existing database and network of candidates to match your requirements after taking a detailed description of what you are looking for. We understand that you do not want to spend time interviewing unsuitable candidates therefore we do all the initial work by advertising, screening CV’s and pre interviewing all candidates prior to their CV’s being submitted to you. The contingency service allows you to try out our service before building a long term relationship. You will have an account manager who will work with you to ensure all candidates sent to you will meet all your requirements. You only pay for the service once the successful candidate starts their employment.
If you have a senior position that requires skills that are specialist you may decide to go down the search and selection route. This is also known as headhunting and as a result you get the best person for the job who has extensive experience in the skills you have specified. People who are headhunted are often not on the open job market and will be specially selected by us for their experiences and qualifications. This method is excellent for senior positions where discretion is key.
A retained search allows the client to have full control over the time frame. The time frame is agreed between the client and their account manager and a final shortlist will be submitted by this date. The cost of a retained search is also spread across 3 payments. This means one large payment does not have to be paid. You as the employer have the piece of mind that your position will be worked on as a priority. This removes the concern of how long the positions may take to fill with the right person. The service is bespoke and therefore the candidates presented to you on the shortlist will be tailored to your specific requirements. You will not need to review a high volume of CV’s or need to conduct a high number of interviews to find the right person. The most important thing about a retained search is that it is a commitment on both sides. Your account manager can focus all of their time on your recruitment campaign meaning it is more cost and time effective for you.
